Cynthia Loewen is a Vancouver based actress from Winnipeg, Manitoba. She moved to Vancouver in 2002 and started working in film and television as a Background Performer and actor in 2002. She dabbled in film and television as a child, did theatre in high school but later on preferred working strictly in film and television. Cynthia became interested in Voice Over Acting in 2021 and has studied at On The Mic Training. She also has trained at Actorium Performing Arts School taking various method style acting classes rooted in the Meisner Technique and Stanislavski theory with acting coach Michelle Meyrink and studied at Railtown Actors Studio. Cynthia has had acting roles in independent films, television and the feature film The Unforgivable, a Sandra Bullock/Nora Fingscheidt project that came out on Netflix in 2021. Cynthia was a professional stained glass artist from 1991-2018 and took glassblowing from 2017-2021. She still does glass and metal artwork under the name Mystic Fusion Art. She also works for Dark Horse Workshop building props and costumes for the television and film industry as well. As an avid animal lover Cynthia has volunteered at a local exotic bird sanctuary since 2019. She also loves music, dancing, and nature. Cynthia is very professional and puts her heart and soul into what she is passionate about and her number one passion is acting.
